About Lunceford Group
Lunceford Group operates within Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a division of Marcus & Millichap, and represents owners of investment real estate nationally. Since 2010 we have closed over $2 billion across 30 states in medical office, office, industrial, and retail. Medical office remains our deepest specialty, and we bring the same process to every property type.
Senior Managing Director
Meet Anthony Lunceford
Anthony Lunceford is a Senior Managing Director at IPA and has worked in commercial real estate since 2007. From 2007 to 2010 he handled acquisitions and dispositions for Mountain States Health Alliance, now Ballad Health. He went on to Marcus & Millichap and Colliers International before joining IPA in 2020. He represents sellers nationally.
Along the way he has received numerous National Achievement Awards at IPA, Everest Awards at Colliers, and CoStar Power Broker Awards.
He earned the CCIM designation in 2009 and the SIOR designation in 2014, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee. Anthony lives in Nashville with his wife and two children.
